One of My favorite things to get at Japanese restaurants is the Shishito pepper appetizer. I bought some at the farmer's market and was looking forward to making them at home. It is super easy and quick.
Coconut oil (or olive)
GF soy sauce
In a pan heat the oil and soy sauce- i poured the soy sauce in a circle around the edge of the pan then swirled it around in the oil. Add the peppers and cook on medium heat. keep tossing them while they blister but not burn. Drain and enjoy!
