Ok so this sounds weird but I love the dehydrated shitakii mushrooms in my miso soup so I thought "hmm I wonder what creminis taste like." Well, it was amazing! Such a good choice! I scarfed them down so fast. I also dipped them in this really yummy pesto that my sister got from whole foods. It was such a perfect combo. Yum!
I put them at 125F for two hours and they were perfect
