I made super easy super yummy cashew butter cups.
I made the same chocolate recipe from the other night but added more coconut oil.
the steps are after the jump.
step 1: fill the bottom of the cupcake cups and freeze while you make the cashew butter (blended dry raw cashews)
step 2: make little patties from the cashew butter and put them in the middle of the cup
Step 3: layer the top with the left over chocolate and freeze or refrigerate
