November 1 is World Vegan day! I happily enjoyed yummy leftovers from Halloween dinner. My mom had Tennessee BBQ for our party so I used some of their sauce and made BBQ Beyond Meat strips for me and my veggie relatives. We also had this yummy eggplant veggie stuff and rice:
